Suspect in Gurdwara Chief's Murder Killed in Haridwar Encounter
Amarjit Singh, also known as Bittu, was killed by Uttarakhand STF in an encounter in Haridwar. He was the main suspect in the murder of Baba Tarsem Singh and had a reward of Rs 1 lakh on his head. Amarjit was also involved in other criminal cases, including the killing of Nanakmatta Gurdwara's 'karseva' chief.
